Warranty Procedures:
Snorkelgearusa.com is an authorized dealer of all the products we sell. We will honor manufacturer's warranties, which will vary by product and manufacturer. If after your purchase, you believe you have received a defective product, you may return it for a warranty evaluation. The product may be repaired or replaced according to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
Return Policy:
30-Day Return Policy
snorkelgearusa.com is committed to your satisfaction as our customer. We want to make this process easy for you so you can feel confident shopping with us.
Products are accepted for exchange or refund within 30 days of your original purchase. We accept returns of products in new (saleable) condition, with all original packaging and tags included. Neoprene and lycra products can be returned in unused condition. If we have deemed you used the product and it is not in resalable condition, we will not refund you and return the product back to you. If after 30 days and between 30-60 days you would still like to return your item and it is unused with the original packaging and tags, there will be a 10% restocking fee. After 60 days there will be no return of merchandise and the product is deemed yours.
To return an item, just follow the easy directions below and we will do the rest!
- Pack all the item(s) securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. Please remember to include any warranty cards or manuals.
- Please include a copy of your receipt.
- Attach a label to the package and ship it to our returns address: 2543 N. Reynolds Rd., Toledo, OH 43615
- Send your package via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. (Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.)

Shipping Details
- In-stock orders received by noon Eastern Standard Time will most likely ship that day, if not they will be shipped the next business day (excluding holidays & weekends).
- We accept the following Credit Cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Stock is subject to prior sale.
- Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.
- Upon delivery to carrier and confirmation of a tracking number, snorkelgearusa.com will email the receiver the tracking number for you so you can track your order.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment outlined in their shipping guide or we made an error in the shipment process.
- Snorkelgearusa.com will only refund Shipping Charges when the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment and issued us a refund. The decision made by a carrier regarding a claim for refund is final.
- Customer must be sure to communicate correct shipping address to snorkelgearusa.com. If customer failed to provide correct shipping address, snorkelgearusa.com reserves the right to charge the customer the fee associated with the error given to us from the carrier.
